Street patrol
Officers take calls on the city streets of Mesquite and Dallas. Inventory search and the department’s LEO tools are part of that work.
On duty
The shift, in both cities.
City police work on this server runs through the department’s own tools: the street, the jail, the hospital, and the computer in the car. The full list is on Scripts.
Jail and hospital
Custody and medical handoffs are built into the shift. A scene can end at jail or at the hospital without leaving the department’s workflow.
GSR
Gunshot-residue checks are part of the department’s scene work.
Dell MDT
The in-house Dell MDT runs on the LB tablet in the city, and out of game when the work is outside the city.
ALPR and signals
Flock ALPR covers fixed cameras. Opticom is the traffic-light preemption officers use on the way to a call.
Impound and less-lethal
The department impounds vehicles and carries a taser plus the other less-lethal tools issued to patrol.
